This studio apartment is located in the CornerHouse CH Studio building and was designed for a young couple. Total living area — 54.5 m².
The 29 m² living and kitchen area is conceived as a unified architectural composition. It combines a lounge area, dining space, and a fully integrated kitchen with built-in appliances. A sofa in a calm green tone becomes the interior focal point, adding depth to the neutral palette.
Layered lighting creates different spatial scenarios — task lighting, accent lighting, and ambient illumination — allowing the atmosphere to shift throughout the day. A light color scheme with graphic black accents balances warmth and contemporary clarity.
The bedroom is separated by a tinted glass partition, preserving natural light and spatial openness while maintaining privacy.
The entrance hall is designed as a fully functional and aesthetic first-impression space. Built-in storage systems, decorative panels, and an accent mirror visually expand the area.
The 4.2 m² bathroom follows a modern minimalist concept. The contrast between accent tiles and calm concrete textures creates a distinctive yet restrained character.
The project is built on a precise balance between compactness and comfort — the space functions as a cohesive and thoughtfully designed system.
